5 egg whites
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
Baking pan 28x18 cm
Bake at 180℃ (356℉) for 25 minutes

For cream:
2x9g (3 tsp) gelatin
2x60g (4 tbsp) cold water
600g (2+1/4 cups) cream cheese
240g (2 cups) powdered sugar
500g (5 cups) blueberries
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2x 250g (1 + 1/4 cups) cream 33% fat
3g (2 tsp) gelatin
20g (1 tbsp + 1tsp) cold water

Leave in the fridge for 3 hours
