Ingredients:

Paneer - 250 gms,

For the paste:

Cashew nuts - 8
Garlic cloves - 4
Red Chillies - 4

Foran:

Cumin seeds - 1/5 tsp
Black cardamom - 2
Bay leaf - 1

Spice Powders:

Turmeric powder - 1/5 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1/5 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/5 tsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp

While frying cubed Paneer:

Add a pinch of --
Turmeric powder
Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Kasuri methi

Other Ingredients:

Whisked curd - 4 tbsp
Milk - 1/5cup
Fresh cream - 4 tbsp
Salt - 2tsp
Coriander leaves, - 3 tbsp
Fried cashew nuts - 10-12
Oil - 3 tbsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp


Process:

Take a pan, add 1/5 tbsp butter & heat it.

Add the whole spices and now add the ginger garlic paste. Fry on low heat for around 3-4 mins till it is cooked and oil separates.

Now add all the spice powders, and 1/2 cup water.
Mix and fry on low heat for 3-4 mins till oil separates.

Now add the whisked curd. Give a mix and cook on low heat for 3-4 mins.

Add the fried paneer and mix it well.

Now add the milk and fresh cream and simmer for 3-4 mins till the colour changes from whitish to golden and oil separates.

For garnishing add the fried cashew nuts, pinch of roasted & crushed kasuri methi and chopped coriander leaves.

Serve with nun, paratha.
