An absolute riot of a day climbing for my first trip into the Tetons with Shane, Sterling, and Charles! The amount of hiking and climbing, along with winning the weather lottery, made for an absolutely great day out! We can see how Teewinot holds a major place as a true adventure in the Tetons, and is well worth the effort of taking the stairmaster up to the top of this incredible peak!

After reading trail reports for just route beta, I then stumbled upon the accident reports and I was unaware that this was actually considered the or one of the deadliest mountains in the Teton range, with its close proximity to the road, loose rock conditions, and the possibility of getting cliffed out/off trail on the way down, we could see how it gets its reputation.
