I haven't eaten sugar for a year! 1 cup oatmeal, 2 apples and carrots!
Recipe 1:
Oatmeal – 100g (3.5oz).
Grind in a blender.
1 carrot.
2 medium apples.
90ml water.
Grind in a blender.
1 banana.
In the puree.
Mix.
Add sweetener to taste. I have stevia.
2 eggs.
10g baking powder.
1 teaspoon vanillin extract.
40 g dried apricots.
100g dried cranberries.
Top up with cold water for 15 minutes.

Mix well.
Grease a 20 x 7 cm pan with olive or vegetable oil.
Pour the dough into the mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 35-40 minutes.
Melt 30 g (1 oz) sugar-free white chocolate over a double boiler.
