Red Veined Sorrel is a wonderful addition to any dish. You can add it raw to a salad, or you can stir fry it for about a minute with meat and other vegetables for a wonderful lunch or dinner.
It is a perennial and so will come back every year. It will start to appear as early as March, and keep going all the way through to the first frost in Autumn.
Come and see how mine is growing and how I plant mine out.
