STOP USING BRAZING RODS, they don't work. This video will show you how to fix a leak in an aluminum jon boat the correct way (no welding), with a patch that will flex with your boat. We will achieve this by: surface prep (wire wheel), drilling out the end of the cracks, cutting out aluminum for the patch, applying the aluminum patch with marine 5200 sealant, and JB Welding the outside of our boat hull.
