After a two week holiday in Cornwall, I was itching to get back to racing, I just wish that the conditions had been a little bit nicer.

Never mind, a race is a race and you just have to deal with whatever the weather throws at you. Luckily the rain stopped just before our race, but the track was wet with lots of standing water.

A big thank you to all at Matlock Cycle Club and the volunteers who braved the days torrential rain and wind, to bring us another brilliant event.
