BDMLR and the Cornish seal Sanctuary saved the life of a female adult grey seal in Cornwall after it was found with a ring-style frisbee cutting into her neck. See how this seal was saved from choking to death by the brave efforts of volunteer rescuers.

BDMLR, Cornish Seal Sanctuary and Seal Research Trust have been campaigning to stop these ring frisbees being sold by retailers and purchased by customers who use and lose them in the sea.
