Today I'm going to make incredibly delicious pumpkin and poppy seed rolls! Just imagine - soft, airy dough that literally melts in your mouth. Inside is a juicy filling of aromatic pumpkin with a slight sweetness and a pleasant vanilla-poppy seed note. When the rolls are ready, warm milk is already waiting in the cups!

Ingredients:
Dough:
250 ml warm milk
25 g fresh live yeast (10 g dry yeast is also possible)
150 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
5 g salt
2 eggs at room temperature
700-750 g flour (sifted)
turmeric (on the tip of a teaspoon)
100 ml vegetable oil

I knead the dough (6-8 minutes), leave it for 1-1.5 hours in a warm place, covering the container with the dough with a dry towel. Afterwards, I put the dough in the refrigerator.

Filling:
I pour boiling water over 0.5 cups of raisins
pumpkin
citric acid 0.5 teaspoon

poppy seed filling – soak poppy seeds, then boil in milk for 1.5 hours + sugar to taste

For greasing the rolls, use 1 egg.

Bake the rolls at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
