Recipe 1:
3 eggs.
Add 60 g sugar (1/4 cup) to the egg yolks.

Mix carefully.
170 g flour (1.25 cups).
15 g / 0.5 oz (1 tablespoon).
Mix carefully.
27 x 18 cm / 10.5 x 7 inch mold.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
2 eggs.
100 g sugar (1/2 cup).
30 g corn starch (2 tablespoons).
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Milk.
Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Recipe 2:
560 g flour (4 cups).
200 g butter at room temperature (7 oz).
1/2 cup sugar.1 teaspoon baking powder.
6 egg yolks.
Grate the peel of half a lemon.
The dough should be firm.
It may seem like there is too much flour, but be patient and you will end up incorporating all the ingredients.
38 x 23 cm (15 x 9 inches) baking sheet.
Grease with butter.
850 g cottage cheese (30 oz).
1 egg.
1/2 cup sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
Bake at 180 C (356 F) for 20-25 minutes.
6 egg whites.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
1/2 cup sugar.
Add the sugar gradually while continuing to beat.
Beat until you get this texture, about 6-7 minutes.
Bake at 150 C (302 F) for 10 minutes.
I bake the meringue with aeration so that it becomes firmer.
It turned out to be a very eye-catching and really delicious cake! The whole family was very happy to share this cake!

Recipe 3:
400g mangoes (14oz).
400 g yogurt (14 oz).
120 g powdered sugar (4.2 ounces).
250 g mascarpone (8.8 ounces).
3 tablespoons cornstarch.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
6. Eggs.
140 g sugar (4.5 ounces).
1 pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon vinegar.
160 g flour (5.6 ounces).
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Mold 40 x 30 cm (15.5 x 12 inches).
Bake at 180 C (356 F) for 15-18 minutes.
Coconut (optional).
Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
