The Blackburn Roc has long been rated as one of the worst fighter aircraft in history. But there were solid reasons for its design, which I look at in this video, along with a basic history of the plane itself.

*CORRECTION: I state that the Roc used a Frazier Nash turret. In fact it used a Boulton-Paul "Type
A" turret that used an electric not hydraulic drive. Thanks to John Dell for pointing this out.*
