I love this trend and all the 90s trends that are coming back to fashion!

This couldn't be easier to do! I took an old pair of jean shorts, a paint brush, and some bleach and simple painted on the flowers. It will take a few coats to get that really 'white' look.

TIP
If you want your flowers to look perfect and all the same, I would suggest drawing them on with chalk first (it will really help--and I wish I had done that!)

I think this would look so great on overalls, pants, or a jean jacket!
