Today’s topic is the study of the refractometer operation. The main objective of our lesson is to determine the unknown concentration of aqueous glycerol solution.
A refractometer is a device, purposed for the measurement of refractive indexes of substances. In the laboratory, a medicine refractometer is used to measure the total plasma protein in blood samples and urine specific gravity in urine samples.
