Hi and welcome back! Today I made for you my version of Boricua style Mojo Marinade. This is great as a dip for tostones or you can also use it as a marinade for poultry, beef or seafood. It will store in a sealed glass container for at least 1 week.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil
8-10 cloves of garlic, finely minced
2/3 cup sour orange or orange juice with 1/2 lemon
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro(leaves only)

Buen Provecho!
