Mossy Cave is a very short hike and just minutes away from the Bryce Canyon National Park entrance. At about .25 miles into the trail, there is a fork. If you turn left, you will reach Mossy Cave (not featured in this video) after a minute or two of walking. If you turn right, after about a minute, you will see this dramatic waterfall. You can continue along this fork and follow the stream until it ends at a small waterfall. This waterfall was created in 1892 as a result of pioneers who dug into the East Fork of the Sevier River to create the stream in order to provide irrigation for their towns (Tropic and Cannonville).
