THE LINK BETWEEN HONOURING YOUR NEEDS AND EXPRESSING YOUR EMOTIONS
How good are you at really feeling and expressing your emotions?
Does neglecting your needs lead to frustration, anger, irritation? Do you then vent your emotions at people around you?

I'd spent most of my life disconnected from the ability to fully express my emotions - negative but also the positive, especially around people who were close to me.
When I became a Mum my own needs got sidelined. However, as the neglect grew so did my own frustration and irritation. Only back then I didn't know it was about me. I was finding faults with those around me and expected them to know what I need...

Connecting with your feelings, allowing yourself to feel the fully is necessary in order to shift them, transform them and release them.

I'd had the awareness of my emotions but I'd been skipping the part where I'm supposed to truly feel them.
