been using the "Thrawn stall cheese team" since forever for buffs and debuff feats like this 20 Alert one

i stand by it being the easiest, simplest and safest for quickly knocking out these kinds of feats - am aware of quicker methods buuuut this just works instantly

will work for 15 Retaliate too
