To fight Giga Bowser, you have beat Adventure Mode in less than 18 min, on Normal or any higher Difficulty. If done correctly, after beating regular bowser, his trophy will rise back up on the stage and will be hit by lighting and causing it to transform into Giga Bowser. Dont let his size and power fool you, he's actually pretty vunerable.
