Korea's hot and humid months are here and to escape this heat, I visited the K-medi Center to cool off and relax with the help of Korean herbal medicine. Located at the Seoul Yangnyeong Market, this market is known as Korea's distribution center of oriental medicine. I learned so much about beneficial herbs and oriental medicine, but I really enjoyed having these hands on experiences.
