Ingredients and Recipes
Frozen Yam
Salt
Hot water
Transfer the yam in a bowl, add salt and hot water then set aside

Pepper mix
Blend and add some of it in a bowl
Add
Salt
Seasoning powder or cube
Curry
Garlic
Oil
Then mix well

Fish
Clean the fish very well and cut it slightly once done, place it on a foil then apply the seasoned pepper mix all round both the slighted area and inside the fish, Then fold it very well and put inside your oven and steam at 150 degree by 40 minutes

Yam
Transfer the yam in a bowl, add small of the seasoned pepper mix and rob it very well
Hot oil
Transfer the yam in a hot oil and fry until it is done and crispy if you want it crispy, once done, remove it from the oil and set aside.

Oil
Sliced onion
Pepper mix
In a sauce pan, add oil let it heat up a bit, add onion and stir fry for 30 minutes, add the remaining pepper mix and stir fry until the oil flows at the top
Once the oil flows at the top, Add:
Garlic
Salt
Seasoning powder or cube
Curry
Rosemary "You can use any ingredients of your choice"
Then stir and cook for 5 minutes and your sauce is ready
Then Serve and enjoy yourself.
