When I was pregnant I watched a few positive birth stories on Youtube and it really helped me feel more confident about the prospect of labour, so I wanted to share my story too incase it can help someone else.

My birth plan was to do everything as natural as possible, use hypnobirthing techniques, and have a water birth. I forgot to add a couple of details in the story like how I wrote a VERY detailed birth plan (lol!) and my waters went very late on when I was already in the birthing pool.

I'm so grateful to God, the positive birth company, everyone who shared their positive birth stories before, our wonderful midwife and of course my husband who was absolutely incredible throughout!
