This is also called Jajangmyeon or Jjajangmyeon in Korean, or Noodles with blackbean sauce (Jjajangmyeon: 짜장면), which is the black bean paste or black bean sauce. We have instant ramen and we also have 1 "fresh" hand pulled noodle type of thing that might be Chinese or some other Asian place. It has a very rich sauce.
