Recipe for Crab Sauce:

6 large blue crabs cleaned (if having them cleaned by the fish store, ask them to keep in the roe which is the orange part but remove the sack)
6-8 cloves of garlic chopped
1/2 cup fresh parley chopped
Salt to taste
Oil to line the bottom of the pot (1/4 to 1/2 cup depending on size of pot)
2 cans of 28 oz. plum tomatoes blended (San Marzano preferred)

Saute garlic and parsley until sizzling a minute or two. Add cleaned crabs and saute on each side for a couple of minutes. Make sure the garlic does not burn. Add tomatoes and salt and cook over low heat about 45 minutes. Serve over linguine or spaghetti. This sauce will accommodate up to two lbs. of pasta.
