En este capítulo nos metemos de lleno en reprogramar nuestras limitaciones. Vamos a ver cómo detectar y eliminar los bloqueos que nos impiden ser la mejor versión de nosotros mismos.
Y lo hacemos mediante el libro de Steven Pressfield, editado en 2002, La Guerra del Arte (The War of Art), un libro exquisito y que toca un tema interesantísimo, y lo hace desde una óptica totalmente diferente a nuestra forma de pensar "habitual".
Altamente recomendado para cambiar paradigmas. :)
