Easy way to prepare bajjis and side dip with health benefits
Ingredients:

Bajji Masala

Gram flour - 12 tsp
Rice flour - 6 tsp
asoefotida - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 3 1/2 tsp
kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as required
Water - as required
Mint dip

Mint leaves - about half of one's hand
Coriander leaves - about half of one's hand
Green chilli - 3
Tamarind water - half the size of small gooseberry
Salt - as required
Water - as needed
