We buy a 'pre loved' Mercedes Vario 614D minibus to convert into an adventure bus. We give a quick 'before' van tour and begin demolishing the van interior to begin the camper conversion.

Buying the van was straightforward but this will keep us busy for sure! This is our first video; and we have lots more in plan as we attempt each step of the van conversion - learning as we go. This is a long 'big' build.

In this video we buy the bus and do a short walk around of our Mercedes Vario. You'll see the inside, outside and underside. We then get straight to tearing it down in readiness for more mess, fun and games.

About us

We are a family of three. We've had the idea of converting this bus so we can gain a bit more freedom. Without going on too much due to the obvious events in 2020 we have been cooped up and shielding.

We know the bus will allow us to have days out and much longer adventures. We are documenting the build on YouTube so we can track progress and hopefully gain some friend's in the process.
