Just a video showing how to build a Cylinder. It's not a detailed tutorial, but a way to give you an idea to how do it.

Materials used:

Syringe Rubber 3ml
10mm Acrylic Tube with 1mm Schedule
PLA Printed Parts
EVA
Chrome-Vanadium Rod 6mm

I tested this cylinders recently and EVA didn't work, I recommend using syringe rubber anyway.
