Ingredients :-

काबुली चना ( white cheak peas ) - 1&1/2 cup
(Soaked for overnight)
बासमती चावल ( basmati rice ) - 2 cup
( Soaked for 1/2 an hour )
पनीर ( paneer ) - 300 gms
प्याज ( Onion ) - 1+4 medium size
कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर ( kashmiri red chilli powder ) - 1 tsp
गरम मसाला पाउडर ( garam masala powder ) - 1 tsp
हल्दी पाउडर ( turmeric powder ) - 1 tsp
आमचूर पाउडर ( dry mango powder ) - 1 tsp
पानी ( water ) - as and when required
नमक ( salt ) - as per taste
तेल ( oil ) -1 tbsp ( for frying paneer )
तेल ( oil ) - 1 tbsp ( for frying onion )
घी ( ghee ) - 2 tbsp
तेल ( oil ) - 2 tbsp


Whole spices :+

जीरा ( cumins seed ) - 1 tbsp
धनिया ( coriander seeds ) - 1 tbsp
सौंफ ( fennel seeds ) - 1 tsp
काली मिर्च ( black pepper ) - 1/4 tsp
बड़ी इलाइची ( Big cardamom ) - 1 piece
दालचीनी ( cinnamon ) - 1 inch
लवंग ( cloves ) - 3 to 4 piece
छोटी इलायची ( green cardamom ) - 2 piece



For tadka :-

Whole spices :

तेजपत्ता ( bay leaf ) - 1 piece
दालचीनी ( cinnamon ) - 1 inch
छोटी इलायची ( green cardamom ) - 5 piece
लवंग ( cloves ) - 1 piece
बड़ी इलाइची ( Big cardamom ) - 1 piece
चकरी फुल ( star anise ) - 1 piece
जावित्री ( mace ) - 1/2
जीरा ( cumins seed ) - 1 tsp
