End of August: Higher floor units are closing and getting occupied at the Aston Martin Residences which looks like reaching the sky being 66 stories high on Biscayne Bay Boulevard Way. The sail-shaped skyscraper is the creation of the architect Rodolfo Miani, who combined the soul of the car and the soul of the water! Sky Amenities are on four floors, 52-55; the pool deck is on the 55th with a Grand Salon and Lounge. The fitness center or gym occupies two floors. There are also virtual golf course, curated art gallery, area for the younger generations to relax, valet parking, and more. The Aston Martin Residences houses almost 400 luxurious condominiums, 1-5 bedroom units with balconies. It cannot be missed by the Miami Riverwalk.
