This is Part 6 in a series of Transmissions of Grace to achieve the state known as Smadhi, recorded on the 25th of Oct 2023 with Gareth Duignam. The video contains a powerful spiritual transmission, its aim is to suspend thoughts for the duration of the meditation and beyond, they are to be done in silence.
