Young cabbage? Then there will be a Quick Pie with cabbage and chicken from instant dough "Vyru-chay-ka," from which you can immediately bake pies with any filling and pies in the oven. The yeast dough recipe is universal: despite the fact that the dough contains yeast, you can make any products from this dough immediately; all the ingredients are perfectly calculated so that the baking turns out fluffy and soft. Pies and pastries from such quick yeast dough remain soft for a long time and are slightly reminiscent of shortcrust pastry, but only soft.

✅ Pie dough recipe:
milk (38-40°C) – 230 ml = 1 cup* + 2 tbsp.
fresh yeast – 30 g (dry yeast – 10 g) = 1.5 tbsp. and 2 tsp. respectively
sugar – 20 g = 4 tsp.
salt – 12 g = 1 tsp.
melted butter – 180 g = 1 pack
flour – 500 (+/-) g = approximately 4 cups*
✅Pie filling:
chicken fillet – 600-650 g = 1 breast
onion – 300 g = 3 pcs.
vegetable oil – 30 ml = 3 tbsp.
salt, pepper – to taste
young cabbage – 750 g = 0.5 head
fresh dill – 1 bunch.
🔥If there is a lot of juice in the filling, it is recommended to drain some into a bowl and then pour it into the pie 10 minutes before it is ready. 🔥
❗Form diameter: 30 cm
🔥From these products, you can bake a pie size 38x40 (you can roll out the dough onto a 38x40 baking sheet), but such a pie needs to be baked 10-15 minutes less🔥
