Head- Check around for Wind, Waves & Water-users (W.W.W.)
Hand- back hand goes a long way down the boom
Harness- unhook!
Hips- drop low!
Hooves- drive through your front "hoof!" to make the board accelerate!

Still on you hooves (feet) the free back foot creeps across the board to the inside rail and begins to apply gentle pressure
