With the increasing number of vehicles on the roads travelling has become one of the most important worry for the resident of people of mansehra and abbottabad specially and general population of Pakistan generally.
Traffic jams become more severe when it comes to tourism season when people from all over Pakistan start moving towards northern areas of Pakistan . Abbottabad and mansehra being gateway to North suffer severe challenge of traffic jam.
The travelling of 2 to 3 hours most of the time becomes a whole day journey.
Only hope arouse when people of Hazara heard about in alternate road of KKH.

The distance of 6 to 7 hours and even sometimes more from Thakoat to the capital Islamabad will significantly decreased to only 3 hours.
And people of mansehra would be in a position to enjoy their dinner on weekends in the capital. The current status of Hazara expressway is that it is ready for travelling from mansehra to abbottabad after minor security checks.
