Arepa de Maiz Dominicana or Torta Dominicana goes by a few different names. Regardless of what you call this Sweet Corn Pudding, just know that it's really delicious and a really easy dessert recipe to make. It's the perfect beginner's recipe to make for friends and family. This Arepa Dulce recipe starts off on the stove and quickly finishes cooking in the oven. You can make it as sweet as you want it! Ingredients:
2 ½ cup Fine Cornmeal
1 ¼ cup Sugar or to taste
3 cups Evaporated Milk
1 ½ cup Coconut Milk
3 Cinnamon Sticks
1 ½ tbs Raisins*optional
⅛ tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 ½ tbs Unsalted Butter
