The all-new Adobe Captivate is finally here! After years of development, code-named "Project Charm," the folks at Adobe have released the completely redesigned version of Captivate into the world. With a focus on rapid development, mobile responsive learning, and a new authoring workflow, the new Adobe Captivate is nothing like previous versions.

But is this a good thing, and will it attract more people to adopt Captivate again, especially those who are dedicated Articulate Storyline or Rise users? Well, I'll be the first to say that I've never been a big fan of Captivate—I've always found it hard to learn, clunky to use, and overall outdated. However, I couldn't help myself to see what the folks at Adobe have created with this new version.

So, in this video, I'll share my impressions of the all-new Adobe Captivate, along with an analysis of how existing Captivate users, dedicated Storyline users, and curious Rise users may react to this latest version of Captivate.
