This is a 36" Hampton Bay Regatta ceiling fan in the White finish shown with the Bleached Oak blade finish. This fan was manufactured in May 1995, includes reversible White/Bleached Oak and features your typical 3-speed reversible motor. Obviously this fan was produced by SMC, from the labels to the typical SMC styling details, the fan even includes the SMC "Oreo" logo pull chain. With a simple Hampton Bay logo sticker slapped on the side of the switch housing this fan would have been sold through Home Depot hardware stores in the early to mid 1990's. Aside from being a cute little fan, this model doesn't really have much to offer. The metal components are a thin stamped steel material and the airflow is below average for a fan this size. As you may notice in the video the motor bearings are a little stiff which is why the fan spins down quickly and runs a little slower than it should. Despite these poor qualities this fan is one of those 90's Hampton Bay fans that don't seem to pop up that often. Setting quality and performance aside, this is still a cute little fan and relic of the era it was sold!
