In this video I take you through the process of how I made a steel reinforced cement flywheel for use with a PMG.

This was necessary in order to reduce the speed of the PMG to the rated 200 - 300 RPM and to also provide a smoother output voltage and frequency since I want to put the generator under some heavy abrupt loads such as welding and motor startups.
