I have been wanting to address this topic for a while. Can you garden with a disability? My answer is for me personally is yes! I have fibromyalgia, 2% whole body disability and an anxiety disorder. For me gardening is so important in my life for my body, mind and soul. In this video I go over how my disabilities affect me and how gardening can benefit other people with disabilities.
