Moist, soft, fluffy and very delicious Chocolate Loaf Cake. It is not too sweet and you can serve it with an ice cream, whipped cream etc. And it's really quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:
20g butter, room temperature
5 eggs
45g oil (I used sunflower oil), warm in a microwave for 1 min
27g cocoa powder
55ml milk
50g sugar
a pinch of salt
80g flour
15g cornflour/cornstarch
1/2tsp baking powder

For egg whites:
50g sugar
10g cornflour/cornstarch

Bake in the oven 160C/325F for 45 – 50 min, place the tin on the lower rack. Cool in the tin before serving.
Tin size: 21cmx11cm
