Under the influence of his spiritual master Guruji Shri Paramhans Hansanandteerth Dandiswami, since early in his life, he was keen to spend a life serving the nation and humanity. He moved to Ahmedabad in 2006 and established the Bansi Gir Gaushala. Under Gopalbhai’s leadership, the Gaushala has gone much beyond being a centre of excellence in Gopalan, and is introducing new practices in organic farming. The Gaushala is also breaking new ground with Ayurveda, and developing novel formulations with the motto “swasth nagarik, swasth parivar, swasth Bharat”.
