In 2023, Metro Art is celebrating 10 years of ππ¦π΅π³π° ππ³π΅ ππ³π¦π΄π¦π―π΅π΄. πππππππ πππππππππππ was a two-day celebration at Union Station Los Angeles that kicked off the 10 year anniversary festivities.
Taking place on Saturday, June 24, 2023, ππ°πΆπ΅π©π¦π’π΄π΅ ππ΄πͺπ’π―π΄ ππ¦π±π³π¦π΄π¦π―π΅! was a day-long music and dance celebration that highlighted Southeast Asian traditions and diasporic artists who bring their cultural backgrounds into contemporary practices.
The day started off with performances in the North Patio by Nkauj Hmoob Dance Team, Sookjai Ensemble, Ho Chanβs Pin Peat Ensemble, and Bo RazΓ³n, followed by performances in the Ticket Concourse by Gingee, Demonslayer and Dengue Fever, with visuals by Sick Delicious.
