I love this wonky old cassette tape from the 80s of Québécois (or Acadian??) mandolinist, guitarist, and fiddler Ozé Duguay that I found on YouTube! The cover is so good hahah, he's just sitting on his motorcycle in his best 70s getup. I'm not sure where this tune comes from and his LP/cassette has no liner notes, so maybe it's a Down East tune or maybe he wrote it? In any case, it's a fun little jig on the mandolin. If anyone knows more about this tune, let me know? We're not sure if Ozé was Acadian or Québécois? I found a geneology source saying he was Acadian with ties to Québec and his daughter was named Josée, so maybe he wrote this for her? A real mystery!
