Pleated pants are trending right now, and it's easy to take your favourite pant pattern and add pleats. In this video, I'll teach you how to change the pocket to create space for the pleats and how to use the slash-and-spread technique to add the pleats. I'll also change the waistband of my original pattern from a curved waistband to a straight one for easier cutting and sewing, and for a better fit on high-waisted trousers.
