It was so wonderful to teach a class on Instagram Live today (please excuse Maya’s barking!)… I honestly didn’t know what to expect and in trying this totally new thing, found a new community and an electricity within myself. Thank you to those who came along, and maybe joined in, no matter your skill level!

I think maybe this should be a regular thing on Mondays? I know it woke me up for the week ahead…! What do you think?
