I think it's an important tool and a companion.

It's not like emptying things vaguely, it's not much, but it'
It was helpful to practice.
In this YouTube, I captured five small criteria for emptying.

It's not a special tip, but as important as the foundation, you're going to lay the foundations of a minimal life.
These are the standards that have positive effects so far.
In my opinion, minimal life doesn't remind me of an excuse when emptying it, and I need a solution.
