This workout is an intensive interval training, thanks to which you will burn a lot of calories and strengthen your body.
The workout consists of 7 series lasting (only) 4 minutes and can be performed by anyone, regardless of age.
Most of the exercises performed in this workout have their counterpart in the lighter version - you will see on the right side of the screen a less intense exercise that you can do as a substitute.
It is an ideal option for BEGINNERS and for those who cannot make noise during training.
In the breaks between the series you will see what the next exercises will be.
To quickly notice the effects, repeat the exercises 3-4 times a week and eat healthy food 🍳
