John Bazz, bass player and founding father of the Blasters, tells his story for the first time! He grew up in Downey, California and became part of the punk and rockabilly scene alongside X and the Cramps, eventually forming the Blasters with Bill Bateman, Dave Alvin and Phil Alvin. He has also worked with Marc Ford of the Black Crowes, Bruce Willis and Mike Eldred, while raising two sons and remaining true to the roots rock n roll he has always loved.
