This recipe was requested by my sister right here on YouTube, Faithxful. I wanted to do a refresher series now that spring has finally sprung and we've been having such beautiful weather here in Jersey.

This Pink Mango Dragonfruit (Pitaya) Lemonade Starbucks Refresher is not only so pretty to look at, but ridiculously delicious and refreshing as well.

This tastes JUST like the one at Starbucks, but for a fraction of the price (and you can make it whenever you want without leaving your house). I'm planning on making pitchers of different refreshers all summer long. It's a super easy recipe that requires minimal effort and less than five minutes to make.

If you're looking to just make the original Mango Dragonfruit refresher, then simply substitute the lemonade for plain water! I prefer the lemonade for that added sweetness and tropical twist in flavor.

TIME
Prep: 5 mins. Total: 5 mins.

YIELD
Servings: 1 cup

INGREDIENTS
3/4 tsp. Freeze-Dried Dragon Fruit (Pitaya) Powder
1/4 cup White Grape Juice (or another fruity juice like apple juice that is lighter in color)
1/4 cup Mango Juice
2/3 cup Lemonade (Use water for a regular mango dragonfruit refresher)
Ice cubes
Frozen Dragonfruit (Pitaya) chunks (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Whisk together the dragonfruit powder and grape juice until dissolved.
2. Fill a glass halfway with ice and optional diced dragon fruit.
3. Pour in the dragonfruit powder mixture.
4. Add the mango juice.
5. Pour in the lemonade (or water) and mix well.
6. Add a scoop of optional diced dragon fruit.
7. Enjoy!

NOTES
Mix the dragonfruit powder with a small amount of liquid to make sure it dissolves completely.
If you're using water instead of lemonade, you’ll need to add syrup or sugar to sweeten it.
To add caffeine, mix in some green coffee extract or green tea.
