Spider-Man (Peter Parker) has had numerous adaptations since debuting in Marvel Comics in the 1960s. Like Batman, the wall crawler, had a 90s animated series. While it may not be as remembered as some others it made some crucial changes to the character. Changes that would make their way back into the comics and into future adaptations. The change revolved around the alien costume or symbiote that would become Venom.
