and Welcome to a Tender Coconut Special Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬
The day before yesterday Pooja told me to bring some tender coconuts from our neighbor Mr. Vaibhav's farm. I went to get some tender coconut, Mr. Balu helped us in harvesting the tender coconut. I picked up 6-7 coconuts from them and returned home.
Pooja asked me to peel few tender coconuts as she wanted to prepare some recipes from it. First she prepared tender coconut gravy ( शहाळ्याची भाजी ) from mid ripened coconut. Then she took the coconut juice and prepared a fruit punch with other fruits like strawberry, sweet lime , watermelon etc.
We had both these dishes for the breakfast that day.
After breakfast, Pooja started preparing on of the other famous tender coconut recipes that is tender coconut ice-cream. I put the ice-cream in the refrigerator and we enjoyed it the next day.
